Property type (apartment, house, villa), size and number of rooms, location and the services you need: photography, video, 3D tour, drone. With that we confirm the date and price in the same message.

Both. The rate is the same; the difference is in payment: new clients pay in advance and receive the material once paid. Often it's the agent who books the session for a property they've just listed.

Because we almost never meet at the flat itself: it's usually the car park or the entrance to the complex, and an address doesn't say where to go in. Someone has to let us in at the agreed time: the agent, the owner or whoever has the key. You don't need to accompany us during the session; in fact, the fewer people in the rooms, the faster we finish.

In a standard apartment, between 15 and 20 minutes, without losing quality. In houses and villas, between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the services booked. We're fast and discreet, with tenants and your schedule in mind.

If preparing it takes more than 15 minutes, the photographer has to leave and the booking is cancelled. We try to be flexible and find a solution on the spot, but our schedule is tight, so make sure the property is ready at the agreed time.

Yes, free of charge with at least 1 business day's notice. With less notice the cancellation fee in the price list applies, 50 €, and if we can't access the property at the agreed time, 50 % of the service is invoiced plus any costs already incurred, such as travel or drone permits.

The whole island, South, North, Santa Cruz and La Laguna, according to our zone map: in Zone 1 there is no surcharge, in Zone 2 50 € is added for travel. We also do projects for agencies in the rest of the Canary Islands and accept assignments in other regions of Spain and Europe: message us and we'll arrange it.

It depends on the property type: 70 € for an apartment, 100 € for a house and 140 € for a villa, excluding IGIC. Video, floor plan and 3D tour have a reduced price when done in the same session. With photos, video and floor plan the job becomes a pack: Apart Boost from 205 €, Casa Pro from 295 €, Villa Lux from 440 €, free extras included. The calculator gives you an exact quote instantly.

All the property needs: every room, exteriors and common areas, without counting units. As a reference, the packs cover up to 30 photos and 3 detail photos in an apartment, 50 and 5 in a house, 75 and 10 in a villa. Detail photos (decor, textures, views) can be added to any session.

List prices exclude IGIC; the tax, 7 %, is added on the invoice. We invoice after agreeing the details and payment is due within 7 business days. New clients pay in advance; agencies we work with regularly receive a consolidated monthly invoice. Full terms in the public offer.

Yes, for trusted clients: agencies with at least 3 months working with us and more than 10 orders paid on time, with grouped monthly invoicing. The status isn't applied automatically: if your agency meets the conditions, write to us and we'll confirm it. From then on you get 5 % off every invoice, whatever the monthly volume, and keep the pack free extras. And your first session with us comes with a 10 % welcome discount.

In 1 business day. You receive a download link with everything edited and sized for each portal.

Photos as JPG, 2.500 pixels on the long side, ready for portals, web and social media. Videos in Full HD, landscape for the listing and portrait for social media when booked. The download link stays active for 7 calendar days: save the material in your own system, the link is not permanent storage. You can share it with your team, other agents or the owner. On the last day we let you know in case you want to extend it: 10 € for 7 more days or 20 € for a month. Once it's closed, reopening the session from our archive costs 10 € (20 € if it includes video). These amounts already include IGIC.

Copyright belongs to Fotopisos; once the invoice is paid, the agency receives a licence to use the images to market the property on portals, its website, social media and presentations. You can share the delivery link with anyone you need, but the licence remains your agency's: the images may not be handed to third parties to use on their own account without written permission, nor filtered or edited without telling us. Raw files (RAW, Log) are not delivered. If you'd rather we didn't show your property in our portfolio, just ask in writing.

The licence belongs to the agency that booked and paid for the session, not to the property. Neither the owner nor the new agency may publish those photos without written permission from Fotopisos. If you receive a property with our photos from another agency, message us: we'll sort it out with the original agency or with a new session.

Yes. Choose the track on artlist.io and send us the link before 16:00 on the day of the shoot. If it doesn't arrive in time, we choose it; changing the music once the video is edited is additional work.

Yes: 10–15 aerial photos for 130 €, a 1-minute aerial video with music for 160 € or both together for 260 €. Much of the island lies within the airport's controlled airspace, so a flight permit is almost always needed: we handle it for 50 € and need a few days' notice. In restricted or hard-to-access areas the handling costs 150 €. In strong wind or rain the flight is postponed at no cost.

For interiors nothing changes: we work with natural light and an overcast day gives a soft light that flatters the rooms. For exteriors, we replace the sky in editing: up to 10 photos, free with any additional service. If you'd rather wait for a clear day, we change the date at no cost with 1 business day's notice.

No. Flash destroys the warm, real atmosphere of a home. We work with natural light and calibrated equipment so the property looks authentic and welcoming.

It's a 3D walkthrough of the property, with dollhouse view and interactive floor plan, that the buyer takes from home before the viewing. It's published in the agency's Matterport account, so you need an active one: the tour stays in your account and you can embed it on your website and on the portals. Together with the photos it costs 60 € for an apartment, 75 € for a house and 125 € for a villa; on its own, 120 €, 150 € and 250 €.

Yes, and it's the same session: the photos work both for selling and for listing on rental portals. For a rental it's worth showing the terrace, equipped kitchen and common areas well, and a short video for social media helps the listing stand out.
